8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup sugar
1 cup sour cream
2 teaspoons vanilla
8 ounces thawed whipped topping
1 graham cracker crust
1 pound fresh strawberries, hulled and halved lengthways.
Directions:
Directions:
Beat the cream cheese until smooth. Gradually beat in sugar. Beat in sour cream and vanilla until just combined. Fold in whipped topping. Scrape mixture into the piecrust. If you have filling left over pipe it decoratively on top. Chill for at least 4 hours. Arrange strawberries in a circular pattern on top just before serving.
