1 bag ( 2 lb.) frozen hash browns
c. butter, melted
1 tsp. salt
tsp. pepper
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 c. shredded cheese
1 c. sour cream

TOPPING:
2 c. crushed cornflakes, cereal
c. butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Combine hash browns, melted butter, salt, pepper, soup, cheese, onion and sour cream. Place in 9 x 13 pan. Combine cornflakes crumbs and melted butter Sprinkle on top of potato mixture. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
