Potatoes:
2 lbs frozen hash browns, thawed
½ cup melted margarine
1 teaspoon salt
½ cup chopped green onions
1 can cream of celery soup
½ cup sour cream
1 cup milk
2 cups grated cheddar cheese

Topping:
½ cup melted butter
2 cups crushed ridged potato chips

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together ingredients under "Potatoes" in 3 quart casserole dish (I usually put this part together and leave it covered in the fridge overnight and cook the day I need it while I'm getting ready).

Preheat oven to 350º

Mix together crushed potato chips and melted butter
Top potatoes with the potato chip/butter mix
Bake for 45 minutes (until brown and bubbly)
