Add all ingredients to a sauce pan and simmer for 30 minutes.

The goal is to cook the chicken for one hour, so the gas grill should be on low. To keep the chicken from burning, flip the chicken every 10 minutes. After 30 minutes, begin to dip the chicken in the sauce. The first couple dips wont look like the chicken is being covered, but give it time. Continue to dip every 10 minutes until the sauce is gone. One batch is good for one chicken.
My advise, measure your tequila intake while cooking, or you might suck lemon juice from a sweat sock with your best friends and meet your wife! Dad.
