3# Chuck Roast
2 Cup chopped onion
3 Cup bell pepper
1 small can tomato paste
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 c vinegar
3 T chili powder
2 tsp salt
2 tsp worcestershire sauce
1 tsp dry ground mustard

Directions:

Combine ingredients and pour over toast. Bake 200º for 8 hours
