4.5 t. Baking soda
3/4 t. Cream of tarter
2.5 T Sugar
1 t. salt
3/4 C. flour
1 egg
1 C milk

Directions:
Directions:
cut shortening into flour
Beat egg and milk together, mix in dry ingredients - stir
transfer to a floured cutting board, lightly kneed
roll out
cut 1" thick with biscuit cutter
bake 450 for 10-12 minutes
