6 qts popcorn (2 bags microwave popcorn)
1 c. butter
2 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 c. light corn syrup
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Keep popcorn warm in oven in a large shallow pan at 250º. Combine butter, sugar, corn syrup, and salt in a large sauce pan. Boil to firm ball stage (248º). Remove from heat and stir in soda and vanilla until blended. Immediately pour over warm popped corn. Mix well.
Bake 50 minutes; stir occasionally.
