Rump Roast
1 can jalapenos
1 can green chilies
4 beef bouillon cubes


Burrito size tortilla shells

Shredded Cheese

Sour Cream

Directions:
Directions:
Cook roast and all ingredients on low heat in crock pot 8 hours.

At least one hour prior to serving, shred roast with two forks.

Place a few tortilla shells between two moist dish towels in baking dish. Bake about 5 minutes at 300º.
