1 clove garlic
1/2 c. salad oil
1 egg
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 cup graded Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 head romaine lettuce
1 cup croutons

Directions:
Directions:
To prepare dressing, blend ingredients in order given in food processor or blender. Chill well.

Toss with lettuce and add croutons.
