6-8 med-lrg Potatoes - diced
6-8 hard boiled eggs - diced
2 celery stalks - diced
1 lb Hot dogs - cut into bite size pieces
Pepper to taste
1 tbsp celery salt - ½more if needed
½ tsp parsley
Milk - enough to cover all ingredients plus some
½ Butter
1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese - optional

Directions:
Directions:
Boil diced potatoes, celery and onion until potatoes are al dente (fork tender, but not completely cooked through). While potatoes are boiling, cut up hot dogs and eggs.
Drain potatoes and put back in large dutch oven. Add all other ingredients and cover with milk. Bring to a boil while stirring frequently to keep milk from sticking to the bottom of pan. Turn down the heat and simmer for about 10 minutes until the hot dogs are cooked.
