2 lbs Cubed Beef
4-5 Carrots
3 Celery Stalks
2 Medium Onions
1 tsp. Sugar
2 T Tapioca
1 tsp. Salt - dash of pepper
1 Small can of V-8 Juice

Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients in a large casserole dish, cover and bake for 4 hours in oven at 250. One hour before stew is done add 4-5 quartered potatoes, or serve over rice or noodles.
