1-1/2 to 2 cups pumpkin
1 can evaporated milk
2 eggs
1 cup sugar
2 Tbsp. of flour
1 tsp. Pumpkin Pie Spice


2 pie crusts

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

Mix pumpkin, milk, eggs sugar, flour and pumpkin pie spice together. Pour into two pie crusts.

Sprinkle top with Cinnamon.

Bake at 425 degrees for 10 minutes. Then turn oven down to 375 degrees and bake for another 35 minutes.
