2 eggs
1/4 lb. flour
1 tsp. melted butter
1 cup milk
1 Tbsp. almond extract

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs very well and add flour, butter, milk, and vanilla, stirring until smooth. Strain through a very fine sieve. Pour 1 1/2 ounces into a hot, lightly greased frying pan, rotating pan until the surface is completely covered. Cook 2 minutes on each side.

Makes 8 crepes.
