60 Ritz Crackers - crushed
1 stick of butter - melted

1/2 gal of ice cream - vanilla - softened
1-1/4 cups milk
1 large box instant pudding - vanilla

Directions:
Mixed melted butter with crushed Ritz crackers.

Set aside 1/2 cup of the crumb mix. Press remaining crumbs into bottom of a 13 x 9 dish.

In large mixing bowl, spoon softened ice cream in a bowl, gradually add milk until smooth.

When smooth, add pudding mix. Mix until well blended. Approx. 2 minutes.

Pour over crust. Sprinkle reserved crumb mixture over the top.

Refrigerate immediately.

**You can substitute different flavors of ice cream and/or pudding**
