Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
2 15 oz. cans tomato sauce
2 cloves garlic crushed (or 1/4 t. garlic powder)
1/2 tsp basil
1 onion minced & sautéed (or 1/2 t. onion powder)
1 t. oregano
1 bay leaf (optional)
(instead of last 2 ingredients you may add 1 1/2 t. Italian seasoning)

Simmer for 1/2 hr. or more. Taste and add pinch of baking soda if there is too much acid taste. Add 1 t. sugar if it has a sour taste. Add to cooked spaghetti
