Memere's Taco Salad Recipe

Ice-burg lettuce shredded (Romaine is good to just be sure its crunchy)
1 tomato (cubed)
red, yellow, and green bell peppers (chopped up)
1 can of corn
1 can black beans (drained and rinsed)
1 cup cheddar cheese
1lb ground beef
Taco seasoning (or one packet)
⅔ cup water
1 tbs Adobo
One bag of Nacho Cheese doritos (crushed up)
Cup Thousand Island Dressing

Put the first 6 ingredients together in a big bowl and set aside.
Brown the beef in a skillet and drain it. Return to skillet and add taco seasoning and water. Simmer until liquid is cooked down and coating beef. Season with adobo. Let cool slightly.
Add beef and doritos to the salad mix and pour on the thousand island dressing. Toss the salad and mix well coating everything in Taco seasoning and thousand island.
