12 beaten eggs
2 c. milk
6 slices cubed bread
1 lb. mild sausage, browned
2 c. grated sharp cheddar cheese
Dash of pepper
tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. picante sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Grease 9x13 casserole dish with butter (or Pam). Spread bread cubes on bottom of dish. Sprinkle cheese and sausage on top of bread. Mix remaining ingredients and place in greased casserole dish. Refrigerate overnight. Bake 350 covered with foil for 1 hour.
