2 heads Romaine lettuce
2 red pears, thinly sliced
2 green pears, thinly sliced
½ c. crumbled blue cheese
candied pecans or walnuts
dried cranberries

Cider vinaigrette:
½ c. olive oil
2 tbsp. cider vinegar
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
¼ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Shake all ingredients for Cinder Vinaigrette in a tightly covered container.
Arrange romaine leaves on 8 salad plates.
Divide red and green pear slices evenly among plates.
Top each salad with 1 tbsp. blue cheese.
Drizzle each salad with 2 tbsp. vinaigrette,
Sprinkle each salad with candied pecans and dried cranberries.
