12 oz Bag of Fresh Cranberries
1 c Sugar
1/2 c Water
2 Strips Orange Zest (optional)
2 tbsp Orange Juice (optional)
1 Cinnamon Stick (optional)
Pinch of Kosher Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in medium saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, then reduce to a simmer.

Cook stirring occasionally until berries start to pop. Press berries against side of pan with a wooden spoon and continue to cook, stirring occasionally, until berries are broken down and have a jam like consistency, about 10 minutes total.

Remove from heat and allow to cool.

Can store in refrigerator for several months.
