Ingredients: 3 tablespoons vegetable oil 3 pounds chicken wings, tips removed 1 cup honey 1/2 cup soy sauce 1 clove garlic minced 2 tbsp. tomato paste 2 tsp. water 1 tsp. sugar 1 tsp. black pepper

Directions:Cook In Crock-Pot
Heat approximately 1/4 cup of oil in skillet over medium heat until hot. Brown chicken wings on each side in batches to prevent crowding. Turn each piece as it brown about 1 to 2 minutes per side. Transfer with slotted spoon to Crock-Pot. slow cooker.
Combine honey, soy sauce, 3 tbsp. oil and garlic in medium bowl. Whisk in tomato paste, water, sugar and pepper.
Pour sauce over chicken. Cover; cook on HIGH for 3 hours. You want to check the wings after 2 hours maybe done at that time. |

Notes: Use a Crock Pot Bag and put chicken in bag before you start cooking makes less clean up. Do not add any salt because soy sauce has enough sodium.
