½ cup shredded chedder cheese
½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
3 eggs
1 cup half and half
1 deep dish pie shell
1 cup chopped ham
1 small can water chestnuts(sliced)
FRESH VEGETABLES TO YOUR LIKING CHOPPED
(BROCCOLI, CAULIFLOWER, ETC)

Beat eggs and and half and half together
Put chopped veggies and ham in pie shell
Pour egg mixture over the veggies

BAKE FOR 1 HOUR AT 350º
