Apple Pear Crumble Recipe

4 apples
4 pears
Rosmerie Chocolate

Caramel sauce:
1 cup sugar
cup flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup water

1 cup + 2 tbsp. flour
cup brown sugar
cup sugar
1 stick margarine

Preheat oven to 350
Cut up apples and pears
Caramel sauce: Boil all ingredients over low flame until sauce caramelizes
Crumble: Mix all ingredients until crumble is formed

To assemble in ramikan:
Place cut up apple and pears on bottom
Piece of Rosmerie chocolate
Pour sauce over
Top with crumb

Bake for 45 - 60 min
