Snap peas
Hearts of palm
Baby corn

Dressing:
cup olive oil
cup c vinegar
4 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
1 garlic cube

Directions:
Directions:
Snap peas can be left whole or cut in half. Cut hearts of palm and baby corn.
Whisk together ingredients for dressing and pour over vegetables.

Personal Notes:
Snap peas are delicious when crunchy and hard. Leave them soaking in water in refrigerator over night for super crunchy snap peas.
