6ozs angel-hair pasta, al dente
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 eggs, beaten
¾ cup Parmesan cheese
1 cup Ricotta
1 cup Spaghetti Sauce
½ cup shredded Mozzarella

Directions:
Directions:
Spray 10" pie plate with Pam
Preheat oven to 350º

Toss hot spaghetti with olive oil.

Combine beaten eggs plus ½ cup Parmesan; stir into spaghetti; form a "crust" in the pie plate sprayed with Pam.

Spread Ricotta cheese over the crust; top with spaghetti sauce.

Bake uncovered 25 minutes.

Top with Mozzarella.

Bake 5 minutes, until cheese melts.

Sprinkle with Parmesan.

Cool 10 minutes before cutting.
