2 1/4 cups oat bran cereal
1/4 cup chopped nuts (walnuts, pecans or peanuts)
1/4 cup raisins or dates, currants or whatever
1 Tablespoon baking powder
1/4 cup brown sugar, honey or molasses
1 1/4 cups skim or evaporated skim milk
2 egg white or egg substitute for 2 eggs
2 Tablespoons vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl, combine all dry ingredients.Combine other ingredients. Bake in paper muffin wraps. Bake at 425 for 15-17 minutes. Makes 16. Store in plastic bag to retain moisture. May be made with oil.
