1¼ tsp dry yeast
1½ c warm water
1 ⅛ tsp salt
2 T brown sugar
4 c flour
1 package shredded cheese

combine dry yeast with water
let it sit a few min
add remaining ingredients
mix well to form dough
let dough rise for 1 hr
roll dough into logs, flatten out each log, place shredded cheese in center, pinch sides together to close log
form logs into pretzel shape
Bake on 425º 9-10 min
