1 lb chicken cutlets
1 egg
flour
oil for frying
½ c ketchup
½ c brown sugar
½ c water
sesame seeds
Directions:
Directions:
cut chicken cutlets into bite size pieces
dip each piece into flour, egg, flour
fry in oil until golden
mix ketchup, brown sugar and water
pour mixture over chicken pieces
sprinkle with sesame seeds
bake on 350º for ½ hr
