1 cup whole grain cornmeal
1 cup WW flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup or more buttermilk
1 or 2 eggs beaten or use 4 egg whites

Directions:
Directions:
Beat together the buttermilk and eggs. Sift dry ingredients together. Add wet ingredients to dry, stirring until smooth. Heat oil in pan. Pour into mix. Heat pan until hot. Add mixture to hot skillet and let set on burner to brown before putting into oven at 375 .
