2 Large bell peppers
4 Large eggs
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of pepper
1/2 cup Mozarella cheese
1/3 cup Chives
1/2 cup Bacon pieces (I use Hormel Real Bacon Pieces)
1/2 cup Cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Step 1: Preheat oven to 350ºF and cut bell peppers in half.
Step 2: Add pepper and salt and heat in oven for 15-20 minutes
Step 3: Add cheese, egg, bacon, chives on top of cooked bell peppers
Step 4: Bake in oven for another 15-20 minutes
Step 5: Enjoy!
