4½ c water
3 T sugar
¾ tsp black pepper
½ c oil
1 c brown sugar
2 tsp salt
1 12 oz package of medium lukshen
2 eggs

Directions:
bring first 4 ingredients to a boil
add brown sugar and salt
turn off flame and add in lukshen
let it sit for 10 min
quickly mix in eggs
Bake on 350º for 1-1½ hrs
