Ingredients:  
1/4 cup old fashioned oats
1 tsp chia seeds
Sprinkling of cinnamon
Golden raisins
Handful of nuts of choice
Dollop of plain Greek yogurt
1 tsp honey
1/2 cup soy milk

Directions:
Directions:
Put all ingredients in a jelly jar.
Stir well.
Place in refrigerator overnight or up to 2 weeks (if using soy milk).

This is my new favorite quick breakfast with either sliced almonds or chopped walnuts I tried steel-cut oat with poor success.
