9 cups Chex cereal (or a cereal similar)
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
½ cup smooth peanut butter
¼ cup butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
1½ cups powdered sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Microwave chocolate chips, peanut butter and butter for 1 minute. Stir. Cook for 30 seconds or longer until mixture is smooth. Pour mixture over cereal, stirring until coated. Pour mixture into large ziploc bag and add powdered sugar. Shake until well coated. Store in baggies or an air-tight container.

This is one of Morgan's favorite recipes. It is super easy to double. Honestly, we do not measure the powdered sugar. We just keep adding until it is well coated.
