2 tbsp. oil
2 tbsp. onion chopped small
1-1/2 c. rice
2 c. chicken broth
1 c. salsa

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion for 5 minutes.
Add the rice and let start to brown.
Add the broth and salsa, then reduce heat, cover and simmer approximately 20 minutes.
