Ingredients:  
1 onion
2 stalks of celery
4 carrots
2 medium squash
8 oz. can of mushrooms
⅔ c barley
2 T flour
8 c water
1 fz. garlic cube
1 fz. dill cube
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
saute onion
dice other vegetables
add into sauted onions
add barley
add water, salt and pepper to taste
bring to a boil
cook 1-1 hours
