6 eggs
1 1/3 cups WW pastry flour
2 cups milk

Blend eggs with flour in processor until smooth. Gradually blend in milk. In a 7" or 8" skillet on medium low heat, melt 1/4 teaspoon butter. Pour in about 2 Tablespoons crepe batter, tilting pan until flows quickly over entire flat surface. Cook until edge is lightly browned. Flip over. Repeat for each crepe, stirring often or pour into a quart jar with a lid and turn upside down to stir, pour from jar). Stack crepes atop each other. Allow to come to room temperature before separating. Makes about 3 dozen crepes. Keep covered in refrigerator until used or wrap carefully and freeze.
