1 pound scallops
Juice of 1 lemon or 2 limes
2 Tablespoons vegetable oil
1 onion, finely sliced
2 Tablespoons capers
1/2 Tablespoon celery seed
1 teaspoon Worchestershire sauce
2-3 drops tabasco

Marinade scallops overnight in the remaining ingredients. Serve on crackers or toast points.
