4 eggs
1 cup of milk
2 teaspoons of sugar
2 teaspoons of salt
1 cup flour
cup melted butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions:
Directions:
Pour the flour into a bowl, add eggs, milk, and salt. Mix to form dough. Refrigerate dough for 2 hours.
When ready to cook, beat eggs. Place a butter or non stick cooking spray in pan and move around to coat the bottom of the pan. Roll dough into a ball and then flatten dough with a fork prior to placing in pan.
Place dough on pan. Batter will cook fast, so please pay attention. Flip over to the other side when the bottom of the pancake is nicely browned and beveled. When complete place on plate with napkin to soak up any excess. You may add fruit, cottage cheese or sour cream for flavor! Enjoy!
