1 cup whole grain cornmeal
1 cup WW flour or whatever
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 egg whites, beaten
1 3/4 - 2 cups skim milk or 2 cups buttermilk with 1/2 teaspoon baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients. Mix liquids and stir into dry ingredients. Bake 20-25 minutes at 375º in corn stick pans or muffin tins.

Note: 1 cup frozen/fresh corn that has been processed in blender until creamy can be substituted for 1 cup of the milk. Yogurt or skim can replace buttermilk.
