Preheat oven 350 11/15 Jelly Roll Pan

2 1/2 cups flour
2 sticks butter
1/4 cup water
2 egg yolks
1 Tbsp vinegar
2 cans pie filling (I use 2 different kinds-on 2 sides of Strudel.

milk and sugar for topping.

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour and butter-cut in like pie crust. Combine water, egg yolks and vinegar. Add to flour mix to make dough.
Cut dough in half . Roll first half to fit bottom of pan.
Pour pie filling over dough.Roll second half of dough to fit top of filling. Sprinkle with milk and sugar or beaten egg whites and sugar. Bake 1 hour.
