1 12 oz pkg cork screw pasta
1 cucumber (diced)
4 green onions (tops and all - chopped()
1 red onion (diced)
4 oz pimento (drained)

1/2 cup vinegar
1/2 cup water
2 cups sugar
2 tsp dry mustard
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp salt
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cook and drain pasta. Add cucumber, green onion, red onion and pimento. Set aside.
In pan comgine vinegar, water, sugar, dry mustard, garlic powder, pepper and salt and bring to a boil. Set aside to cool. After cool, add oil and salt. Mix pasta mix and dressing together and refrigerate overnight.
