Ingredients:  
1 round steak
2 large green peppers
1/4 c. veg. oil
1 t. ground ginger
1/4 c. soy sauce
1 can beef broth
2 large carrots
1 large onion
1 clove garlic
1 T. cornstarch (mixed with 1/4 c. cold water)
1/2 t. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Cube steak. Cut carrots, peppers & onion in bite-sized pieces. Combine steak, oil,
garlic, & ginger. Sauté till brown & remove from wok. Cook carrots, peppers, onion
until tender. Add cooked steak & cornstarch mix, soy sauce, sugar and broth. Simmer
until sauce thickens. Serve over rice (3-4 servings)
