Rolled beef roast
1 bottle burgundy wine
bay leaf
1 lb. fresh mushrooms
green onions
salt & pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Clean mushrooms, clean & chop onions. Place roast in crock pot, cover with mushrooms & onions. Pour wine over roast so that it is covered. Add bay leaf, salt & pepper to taste. Turn crock pot on low. Go to work. When you come home, you have an elegant dinner.
