Bread Crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Mix equal parts of hamburger and ground sausage. Add egg, milk, ketchup, bread
crumbs, and spices. With your hands, mix ingredients until they are on big sticky blob.
If mixture is too dry, add milk or ketchup. If mixture is too wet, add bread crumbs.
Place mixture in a glass bread pan. Spread ketchup onto the top. Bake at 350
degrees for about an hour, or until meat is done. Drain grease, cut, and serve.

Variations:
Add a can of mixed vegetables for veggie meat loaf.
Instead of baking one big loaf, roll into serving sized loaves and bake on cookie sheet
for probably less time.

Cut small chunks of American cheese. With hands, roll meat mixture around the
cheese, trying to keep cheese in the middle, making serving sized loaves. Place on
microwave baking dish. Bake in microwave on high until meat is done. Spread
ketchup on top and heat for 30 seconds to a minute. Let stand a couple of minutes.
Serve.

Substitutions:
Cracker crumbs instead of bread crumbs
BBQ sauce instead of ketchup
Any vegetable

Hints:
Place foil lined cookie sheet under glass bread pan when baking large loaf to
catch dripping grease.
