1 cup duck sauce
3 tbsp soy sauce
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 (1 lb) pepper steak
salt
ground black pepper
1 medium onion, sliced
1 red bell pepper, sliced into strips

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350
whisk duck sauce, soy sauce and garlic in a small bowl.
Rinse meat and place into 9x13 pan. season with salt and round black pepper. Place onion and red pepper strips over meat. Pour duck sauce mixture over meat. Cover pan and bake 2 hours. Serve over rice.

This recipe can b e make in crockpot as well. Toss all ingredients in crock pot and cook on low for a bunch of hours.
