1 1/4 Cups butter
1 Cup worceshire sauce
2 Tablespoons garlic salt
1 Tablespoon onion salt

1 large box quaker oatmeal squares with brown sugar
1 box Rice chex
1 box corn chex
2 or 3 cups pretzels
2 cups cashews or peanuts

Combine first 4 ingredients together in sauce pan and heat just until it starts to simmer

Combine cereals, pretzels, and nuts in a roaster and pour sauce over - stir

put in a 300 degree oven for 1 hour stirring every 15 minutes
