Edna White Killer NY Cheesecake

1/4 lb butter
1 lb ricotta
1 lb Philly cream cheese
1 3/4 cup sugar
1 pt sour cream
4 eggs
3 T cornstarch
3 T flour
2 T Lemon juice
1 T Vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter, mix cheeses and sugar until creamed. Add Remainder, bake 1 hour in 9 inch spring pan, @ 325 degrees. Use bottom rack, turn oven off, leave in oven 2 hours. Cool on rack, removes sides of pan, chill.
