3-4 Clams Chopped Clams
Olive Oil
1 stick of Butter
6-8 Cloves of Garlic
4 T Chopped Parsley
Cooked Linguini

Directions:
Directions:
Strain liquid from clams into saucepan. Cook down until liquid is reduced by half.
Into medium skilled pour enough oil to cover bottom of pan.
Add butter, garlic and 2 T parsley.
Cook over low heat until garlic is transparent.
Add reduced clam juice and bring to a boil.
Add clams and remaining parsley.
Cook until clams are heated through.
