Pecan Cookies Recipe

Ingredients:  
1 c Margarine
c Granulated Sugar
2 Egg Yokes
c Molasses
2 c Unsifted Flour

Filling:
c Margarine
c Confectioners Sugar
3 T Molasses
c Chopped Pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Cream well margarine and granulated sugar.
Add other ingredients.
Chill for several hours. Roll into balls
Brush lightly with slightly beaten egg whites
Bake 375 for 5 mins

Filling:
Cook margarine, confectioners sugar and molasses until reaching a full boil.
Remove from heat. Stir in pecans.
Chill until able to form small balls.
Place balls in center of cookies.
Bake for 5 additional minutes.
