Preheat oven 350º Line mini cupcake pans with cupcake liners.

1-8 oz cream cheese
dash salt
1/3 cup sugar
1 egg
6 oz dark chocolate chips
2 1/2 cups flour
1/3 cup plus 2 Tbsp cocoa
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/4 cup oil
1/2 Tbsp. white vinegar
1 1/2 cups cold water
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
With electric mixer,beat first 4 ingredients until smooth. Stir in chocolate chips. Set aside.
Combine flour,soda,cocoa and salt. Beat sugar, oil and vinegar. Add flour mixture alternating with water. Start and end with flour mixture. Add vanilla, beat to combine. Fill cupcake liners about half full. Add about 1 tsp chocolate chip mixture
to top of batter. Bake 15 min. Cool in pans 10 min, then remove to cooling rack.

Foil cupcake liners can be used on cookie sheets if you do not have enough mini cupcake pans. Do not use paper liners on cookie sheet as they will not hold up.
