½ c Shortening
½ t Salt
½ c Brown Sugar

Topping:
1 c Brown Sugar
2 Eggs
1 t Vanilla
2 T Flour
½ t Baking Powder
1 ½ c Coconut
Directions:
Directions:
Cream shortening, salt and ½ c brown sugar
Press into 8x12 pan
Bake for 20 mins

Beat Eggs and add to 1 c brown sugar. Add flour, baking powder and coconut
Spread over above mixture and bake an additional 25 mins

Bake 325º
